Police Officer
The City of Creston Police Department is seeking to hire a full-time Police Officer and is accepting applications for a Civil Service Commission eligibility list.

POST and physical agility tests to be scheduled at a later date. Applicants currently certified in the State of Iowa do not need to take the POST or agility tests.
ILEA certified applicants may be eligible for a $5,000 bonus.

Part-Time Firefighter
The Creston Fire Department is looking for candidates to join their team as a Part-Time Firefighter.
Requirements include:
-Certified Firefighter I with (2) two years of firefighting experience
-must pass a physical fitness test
-must have a valid driver's license
-obtain Driver/Operator Certification within (1) one year from date of hire

Part-Time Dispatcher
The City of Creston is currently seeking to hire a Part-Time 911 Dispatcher. The work hours will be mostly nights and weekends with the starting wage at $19.60 per hour and a sign on bonus for previous ILEA certification.
